absolutely right but would it not be nice if they clued in their constituents that a potential serial killer was in their midst :rainbow:

I think it would be nice.

But then, you have the rights and freedoms that the killer get returned to them on release from the joint. Is it fair to them to announce their presence in our midst? I know I kept an actual eye out for this animal. I don;t care if he did the time that was allocated him and he was released, he was, in my mind, a rabid animal that, best case, would have a fatal accident around the river and drown. We could grieve the loss of such potential after we fished his body out, and move on with our lives.
