Ocala News

He watched his muzzle, timed his shots, and advanced to fill space to avoid hitting the women milling about. And he immediately looked around after they got out the door to assess the situation. I also noticed he properly indexed his trigger finger on the frame, as if by training, after he stopped shooting, until he looked at his pistol, then, for some reason, he placed his finger back on the trigger.

He appeared to be point shooting to increasing degrees as the range decreased- just an observation, not a criticism.

Caliber used was a .380, in this case, the gun he had was better than the gun he didn't.

Fear the old dude in white tennis socks.

A mass murder stopped by an armed citizen. Of course, it won't be counted as such since it was stopped before the robbrs could kill all of the witnesses.

It is a beautiful shooting. I can watch it over and over.

Of course it is racist because the old white dude stopped the young Black dudes from earning a living.

The only way it would have been better is if those robbers heads had been canoed, but, I am confident, since they survived, there will be a next time.

Instinctive shooting as opposed to lining up the sights on target. Pick a target, and point at it, without thinking. You will be on target every time. It is using the handgun in place of your finger.

Makes for very fast shots.

Wow, what a beautiful thing, kind of like poetry in motion!

Picked the right time to move, moved great, fire control (didn't empty the gun all at once), pretty impressive....

I especially like the part where the thugs trip over themselves as they fled like rats! :)

They could not get out those doors fast enough, I bet those .380's stung! Crawling over each other.

I wish he was carrying something a little beefier, but the one he had beats the one at home every time.

Hehehe, yupper!

Watching the video reminds me that I need to practice more at close range while moving. The bad guys probably don't stand still at 20 - 40 yards with a bullseye on them two often.. :)

Square ranges kill. You fight like you train, very infrequently is the target 7 yards away, face on.

that.was.awesome. and makes me a strong believer in concealed carry. My brother lives in Albuquerque where it's legal to carry a concealed weapon (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and he said you drive very nicely on the highway because you never know if someone you piss off is carrying. You don't hear many stories of road rage there.
Maybe your perception needs tweaking.

Had that happened in N.Y. ,the old guy would be in jail and the robbers would be sueing him . Sigh.
