JerryGet the really good Parmesan from Olindo's (Rochester); worth the trip and makes the "regular" stuff look really bad. Their blocks of Romano are also some of the best I have ever had.

command_promptI cheat; buy a can of Progresso Tomato Basil and a container of Wegmans' Gazpacho, crush 3 cloves of garlic in, boil, chop up fresh basil, serve with plenty of shaved reggiano parmesan (also from Wegmans).
