Mote Marine Laboratory presents Sanctuary Reef and Sea Monsters
June 22-September 3
Experience sea life the size of a shrimp as you step inside a vibrant coral reef cove just like the ones in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Explore the mysterious and intriguing features of the monsters of the deep: venom, ultra vision, jaws, and even glow in the dark flesh. Visit throughout the summer for interactive videoconferences with Mote Marine Laboratory staff. This exhibit is organized and managed by the Mote Marine Laboratory and generously sponsored by the Triad Foundation.

The ABC's of Bees at Tanglewood Nature Center

John has been taking care of our bees since I first started working here over 6 years ago. He is well experienced, and very knowledgeable. Today, he is going to share his pictures, stories, and expertise with you. View a slideshow, see our hive up close in action, and maybe even sample some honey in our gift shop.
