Mote Marine Laboratory presents Sanctuary Reef and Sea Monsters
June 22-September 3
Experience sea life the size of a shrimp as you step inside a vibrant coral reef cove just like the ones in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Explore the mysterious and intriguing features of the monsters of the deep: venom, ultra vision, jaws, and even glow in the dark flesh. Visit throughout the summer for interactive videoconferences with Mote Marine Laboratory staff. This exhibit is organized and managed by the Mote Marine Laboratory and generously sponsored by the Triad Foundation.

Little Gather: Glenn Colton – Music through the Decades: A 50-Year Musical Journey

Bring your kids group at 9:30am (reservations required) or your family at 11am to enjoy the show. Take a whirlwind journey and celebrate our country's changing musical appetite. From the rock-and-roll of the 1950s to today, Glenn highlights each decade's popular music with songs, musical props, humor, and surprises. Continue traveling and see how many fun shapes you can find in glass from recent decades.

Corning's Gaffer District invites you to celebrate local flavor this
summer at the annual Corning Farmers' Market.
The Corning Farmers' Market is open in Riverfront Centennial Park every Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm and offers a variety of fresh local produce, baked goods and handmade crafts from New York's Finger Lakes region. The farmers' market will remain open each Thursday until October 2012.
Plan to enjoy the restaurants, shops, galleries and museums when you visit the Corning Farmers' Market. What a great way to experience Corning's Gaffer District -where there is something for everyone!
