I don’t see Obama taking a definite stand. He wants to be president and will say what he believes he must say to sway the greatest number of people.
.
People WANT a change. They are tired of supporting an ineffective government. They are tired of so much of their money going toward that support.
.
But unspecified change is not a good thing, IMHO. I want to know exactly what changes are going to take place and I would like to know how someone proposes to make those changes.
.
But I think a lot of people are caught up in the word: Change. I’m not buying that without explanations.
I’m understanding that one of the “changes” will be raising taxes on “the rich.” How to fix Social Security? Raise taxes. How to fix Medicare? Raise taxes. Prescription drugs? Raise taxes. Free college? Raise taxes. Socialize medicine? Raise taxes. His solution to everything is to have government take it over. Big Brother on steroids, funded by our paychecks.
In politics you must always keep running with the pack. The moment that you falter and they sense that you are injured, the rest will turn on you like wolves.
