Issues in the Twin Tiers: Elmira struggles with strays

Hundreds of cats. Thousands of cats. Millions and billions and trillions of cats. The city could pay a bounty of a few dollars to local kids to bring in cat pelts.

I am sure that the cat overpopulation problem would be solved in a few months.

Contests could b held, make it a community event.

And in fact they do taste like chicken, only more granular.

No need to ship them that far, There are China-Towns all over the US that would love to get the meat.

I understand this is a semi-verbotten topic, people will get up in arms over fluffy being discussed as a food source, but meat is meat. Take Peru, I loved the meat I ate in Peru, and it wasn’t until a few days after arriving that i found out it was the common, household pet, kid lovable guinea pig. They are kept like chickens, and amazingly enough, taste sorta-kinda liek chicken.

But, to reiterate, meat is meat.

Which causes me to reiterate my point, the poor in this country live like kings compared to the poor in the rest of the world. Toss a cat into a Thai slum and that sucker would not last longer than the first person laying eyes on it.
